If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at thecatcompany01@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused
* In their original packaging
* In the same condition you received them

For hygiene reasons, used grooming products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
